School/program conducts evaluative activities to ensure the effectiveness of STEM implementation

Aside from the leadership team conducting evaluations utilizing the Eleot, our Somerset Gables faculty visit other classrooms across campuses to gather new strategies and check for the effectiveness of the STEM initiatives. Peer observations/evaluations are used also for professional growth and ideas. Teachers mentor each other and help each other find methods to reach their students’ needs best.
